餐廳林立的佐敦,要想找個地方吃飯,那是容易不過的事。看見窗明几淨的小餐館,就是它啦。杏汁白肺湯,甫一端上桌,清香撲鼻的杏仁味,立刻俘虜了我。貪心的我,又嚐了朋友的杏汁花膠湯,花膠份量十足,濃郁芬香。店家介紹的海南雞飯,雞肉嫩滑,吃一口油飯,雞油滲透至粒粒米中,先聲奪人。油浸黃花魚,表面煎的酥脆,魚肉依然鮮美。這碟豉椒鵝腸,色彩繽紛,份量可真多。椒鹽墨魚咀,鹹香酥脆的外表,與彈牙的墨魚,層次起疊。白灼東風螺,火候剛剛好。庶民味道未必只有粗獷,若是有心,依然可以不凡。煎青根魚,類似半日鮮的做法。海魚,仍舊是最鮮美的。椒鹽泥孟魚,沒有泥腥味兒,口感細膩。黃金四季豆,裹著冶味的鴨蛋黃,停不了口啊。頗有心思的配搭,櫻花蝦鵝油菜心。食物的質素,吃得出店家的用心。超然的性價比,精緻的出品,令我們下次再見。
