放棄了寫食評好一陣子,但昨天跟朋友去了一間用心的fusion 菜餐廳後念念不忘,決定要寫一寫,記錄一下!大坑一向出名多好嘢食,聽講最近開咗間新餐廳,就一齊去試啦!餐廳雖然唔係地舖,但係都好易搵,喺天后沿著銅鑼灣道直行到尾,就會見到指示!上到去見到餐廳好寬敞,雖然係閒日,但餐廳都有六七成滿!前菜點了Hokkaido Scallop同Spanish Red Prawn紅蝦由專人即席灼熱!(感覺有點像日式火灸壽司?)一邊燒一邊已經聞到香濃的燒蝦味!令人吞哂口水!食落口感就似sashimi,但因為處理手法唔同,紅蝦經sake和麻油醃,味道更勝一籌!北海道帶子經過白豉油、昆布汁醃製,帶子爽口彈牙,醬油更帶出帶子鮮味!感覺清新!加埋D脆米食更加口感十足!接著便是main dishes!有 Manila Clams Risotto, King Prawn Ravioli with Hokkaido Sea Urchin, Iberico Pork Pluma, N.Z. 前菜點了Hokkaido Scallop同Spanish Red Prawn
紅蝦由專人即席灼熱!(感覺有點像日式火灸壽司?)一邊燒一邊已經聞到香濃的燒蝦味!令人吞哂口水!食落口感就似sashimi,但因為處理手法唔同,紅蝦經sake和麻油醃,味道更勝一籌!

接著便是main dishes!有 Manila Clams Risotto, King Prawn Ravioli with Hokkaido Sea Urchin, Iberico Pork Pluma, N.Z. Baby Lamb Rack!

當中印象最深刻便是raviolio 同risotto!

一向對西式雲吞印象一般,不是太膩,便是口感只有厚重面粉感覺,但這個蝦肉意大利雲呑裡裡外外改變我對雲呑印象!首先是北海道海膽打成的醬汁配上新鮮海膽,加埋新鮮茴香打成的白色泡泡,整個甜而不膩,另外雲吞前所未有的皮薄彈牙!啖啖蝦肉!完全沒有難吃的面粉感覺,再加上海膽汁,整個口腔都是幸福感<3
另外,Risotto蜆肉大大粒,而且份量十足,Risotto配著龍蝦汁煮,鮮味濃郁,質感拿捏得宜,不會濃稠厚重得讓人飽滯,讚!

肉類方面,感覺都有唔同嘅煙燻烤味,肉質都係鮮嫩可口,而且火喉拿捏得宜,肉質一點也不韌,當中ribeye 便是超級捧的!

甜品lu!有Vanilla Mascarpone strawberry yogurt crumble同Banana Cream Pie !

雖然友人都比較喜歡banana pie, 但我個人卻更愛strawberry yogurt crumble,主要是因為他的Vanilla Mascarpone!當中mascarpone, 不只是平時坊間甜品求其加d cream, 微微甜味加上柔軟幼滑口感,仲帶有一點點蛋白味道,絕對是心機之作啊!
