為記念1453年5月29號奧斯曼帝國攻佔君士坦丁堡,本蘇丹決定約朋友去呢間餐廳食飯前菜是檻欖油+比較酸的乳酪和兩張餅,算是開胃菜,土耳其既炒蛋一般而主菜就係個燒烤,雞翼同雞串都ok既,但係牛肉太老,咬起黎好乾同硬但最愛的都係可以拉絲既土耳其雪糕,呢個口感非常好,咬起來一絲一絲的感覺,而且甜度ok,個人覺得如果黎呢間店食一定要試下個土耳其雪糕。野飲既話,蘇丹茶都係酸酸甜甜,一般啦整體而言其實只有雪糕比較滿意
