再一次光顧位於元朗的小糖鈕,我對它的精美甜品就是念念不忘。今次跟妹妹到來,大家都好興奮,女人就是有個甜品胃。店內依舊裝潢,牆上有好多小鈕的圖案,佻皮可愛。餐牌上有各式各樣的甜品,也有特色的飲品。大糖鈕特選拼盤,可供四人分享。一盤有八款甜品,其中三款更是餐牌內沒有供應的神秘甜品,新奇又有趣,令人不禁好奇起來。富士蘋果crumble底下是暖暖的蘋果粒,滲滿肉桂味,清香可口。面頭有雲尼拿雪糕和烤到乾脆的蘋果絲,冷熱的配搭,口感豐富。用柑的汁做的拿破崙,好清新的柑香味,面頭還有一片清香的柑果肉。拿破崙口感鬆化脆身。抺莉茶的奶凍配香桃慕絲,奶凍有淡淡的茶香味。面頭有芝麻的薄脆,麻香味十足,口感鬆脆。雜莓tiramisu,色彩鮮艷,莓香清甜。黃梅脆皮雪條,底下有蕃石榴沙律,清香宜人,酸酸甜甜,十分醒胃。食完前五款清香的甜,之後三款會比較濃味,所以放在最後。杏仁酒咖啡浸法式水泡餅,咖啡味十分濃。面頭有French Chocolate Truffle。香蕉brownie ,朱古力味香濃,加上烤到香脆的朱古力薄片,口感味道都一流。這個是以朱古力慕絲做蘑菇的錠,蘑菇頂是蛋白餅,底是香橙燉蛋,配上黑松露朱古
