To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這間麵包店口碑不錯，經常聽到好評，而我吃過幾次都ok 的。唯一問題是：款式比較少，有幾次去到bagel都只得原味，今次買到綠茶味。宇治納言比高（$24），bagel 來講算好細個，餡料唔算好多，不過幾好味。包體煙銀，算係高分口感；餡料好味，有紅豆蓉和mochi 。可惜餡料分布不平均，餡料亦不算多。不過係幾好味，價錢唔算貴，會再回購。伯爵茶卷蛋（$33），口感都相當鬆軟，絕對可以媲美不少五星級酒店的蛋糕。咬下去時空氣感十足，中間的奶油口感輕盈，不會甜得過膩。每一口都感受到淡淡的伯爵茶香味 ，滿分！
