我們一行三人去九龍灣宏照道38號企業廣場7樓的鳳城1954酒家。因為是周未,基本上爆滿,亳無受疫情影響。牛仔骨陳村粉,牛仔骨入味其醬汁混埋陳春粉裡非常好吃。豉油皇煎焗大虎蝦,蝦大而弾牙。黃金鹹蛋黃苦瓜,中規中矩,沒有驚奇。鮑魚鮮竹葉糯米雞,新鮮的竹葉,滲透到糯米裡,有一陣清香,擺盤精緻非常有特色。胡椒豬肚雲吞湯,三粒雲吞餡好足料,就是湯少了一點。總而言之,此酒家以傳統順德菜為主,加入新派粵式菜,精益求精,深受大家的歡迎。
