今日去咗中環同食咗一間小巷入邊嘅西餐位置位於蘭桂坊旁邊,所以都好好揾!餐廳少少,但裝修非常型格!一入到去就會見到個open kitchen .可以睇住廚師煮嘢食嘅過程.首先,小菜我哋揀咗《牛肉他他》每間餐廳嘅牛肉都會有啲分別,呢間就好多芝士,擺盤好吸睛,夾埋個多士一齊食非常配合!另外我哋叫左《龍蝦湯蕃茄長通粉配雞胸》呢個味道真係有驚喜!發生以為係比較稀,似食湯粉.原來係龍蝦湯煮到好濃,煮多啲通粉吸晒啲味!個雞胸原來係慢煮嘅,所以個肉質就會比較爽!感覺非常之有誠意!最後我哋叫咗類《慢煮伊比利亞黑毛豬配秘製杏脯醬》因為係呢一款豬,所以餐廳可以選擇唔煮全熟,餐廳店員特登話俾我哋聽見到肉質粉紅唔使擔心😂呢個位都係加分點由於唔係全熟嘅關係,所以豬頸肉質比較嫩!

另外我哋叫左《龍蝦湯蕃茄長通粉配雞胸》
呢個味道真係有驚喜!
發生以為係比較稀,似食湯粉.
原來係龍蝦湯煮到好濃,煮多啲通粉吸晒啲味!
個雞胸原來係慢煮嘅,所以個肉質就會比較爽!
感覺非常之有誠意!

最後我哋叫咗類
《慢煮伊比利亞黑毛豬配秘製杏脯醬》
因為係呢一款豬,所以餐廳可以選擇唔煮全熟,餐廳店員特登話俾我哋聽見到肉質粉紅唔使擔心😂呢個位都係加分點
由於唔係全熟嘅關係,所以豬頸肉質比較嫩!
