在香港吃意大利菜的地方不多,一般也是Causal Dinning,要吃精緻的,非這裡莫屬.RoastedLoinofLambwith Foie Gras and Natural Lamb Sauce –羊肉味濃, 不會過火,而且內裡的肉還是粉紅色的, 加上恰如其分的Foie Gras, 配濃味配濃味,誰也搶不了誰的鏡!Risotto with Saffron, Reduced Amaroneand Cripsy Sage -雖然我不是飯人, 都吃了2大口, 米是正宗的意大利米,口感也是Al dente,水準非常高!!
