To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 觀塘的「龍點心」主打新派手工點心,中午超級多人,口碑好似都唔錯,今日特意來朝聖一下。環境具特色,充滿懷舊情懷。酸菜魚鳳眼餃 ,口感紮實,充滿酸菜魚的味道。大澳蝦醬鮮魷卷:濃郁的蝦醬,配上魷魚,加上外層米紙,鍾意蝦醬的一定試。脆脆富貴紅米腸粉:紅色的外皮,包住鮮嫩的蝦肉,口感鬆脆。早上還有超值孖寶。松露野菌晶瑩餃,藍紫色的外皮,包着野菌和黑松露,口味清新,黑松露味道不是太濃。龍蝦汁墨魚燒賣,墨魚味濃,唔錯。總括來說,點心品質不錯,有多款選擇,外型好獨特,賣相吸引,仲可以手機下單。價錢比起傳統酒樓來說,不算便宜。而且中午用餐時間只有1小時。但在觀塘眾多食肆中,算是另外一個特別的選擇。
