To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. .再訪龍點心🐲叫左六籠點心，每款都keep到水準👍🏼龍餃子(筍尖蝦餃皇、蟹粉菠菜香蝦餃、酸菜魚鳳眼餃、松露野菌晶瑩餃)一籠四餃，每款賣相精緻，餡料豐富，啖啖蝦肉。另外酸菜魚鳳眼餃較辣，其他味道正常，熱焫焫既點心好好食😋一口鹹水角賣相好得意，好似日本丸子(団子)咁將兩球串埋一齊，有別於傳統鹹水角，呢款有少少蝦醬味(?)咸魚味(?)我覺得幾特別，餡都好足，外脆內軟。黑金流沙包超級流心～熱焫焫～包都好鬆軟，奶黃都好香。醬汁鳳爪鳳爪索哂豆豉醬汁，好惹味！脆脆富貴紅米腸粉依然係我至愛，腸粉滑捋捋，入面既蝦餡足料，有少少芫荽，我鐘意點甜酸醬同豉油食，冇咁油膩。櫻花果凍天鵝酥最後點左一個甜品，天鵝造型，超打卡able。入面係豆沙餡，唔會好甜，都食到粒粒紅豆，外面都幾酥脆鬆軟，唔會好油膩。果凍配上焦糖醬都好好食。呢到環境好舒服，又乾淨，員工服務態度良好，食物種類都多，多fusion，黎開觀塘可一試。星期一至五食下午茶同晚市仲有八折優惠。茶位每位$8，茶款選擇有菊普、香片、鐵觀音、普洱。.味道 ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆環境 ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆服務 ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆性價比★ ★ ★ ★ ☆
