To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星光行嘅潮庭環境真係唔錯,大大玻璃窗透著陽光☀️好舒服。現在沒有點心紙,用電話自己攪掂,都幾方便👍🏻豆沙煎堆仔:細細個、香噴噴,唔太甜,好好食煎韭菜棵:韭菜好香,不過有點油膩蔥油糯米卷:海皇紫菜脆皮腸粉:未食都覺得好靚,咬落鬆脆香口,下次都要點黑醋排骨:黑醋好香,肉也很易離骨,但肉質有點似煲完湯那種口感,沒有排骨那種質感,太散也沒有肉味😅欖菜肉碎炒飯:炒飯粒粒分明又乾身,食兩碗都無問題黑松露准山素餃($45):黑松露無味,內料有點糊口,我比較鍾意爽口啲的餃子😅蒜汁蒸鮮魷($45):蒜味可以再濃啲,不過不失啦總結這酒樓是可以的,侍應會主動過來加水,聽見我們話茶沖了多次沒味道,就幫我哋換茶葉,而點心質素算中上,坐得舒適,唔錯😁
