To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我們一行5人到了這家吃點心的餐廳試試,首先要說的是坐位真的很窄。而我們一行5人只有4人枱可以坐,雖然有一張6人枱,但因為我們只有5人所以沒有讓我們坐。(到我們離開也沒有客人坐)位置已經窄,加上4人枱要坐5個人真的很辛苦。要稱讚的是點心十分精緻,有不少點心在一般的心點店/茶樓是找不到的,款色有特色但不代色多,這邊的款色真的偏少。蒸籠不是傳統的蒸籠,他們訂做了自家方型的。有羊肚菌牛肉 - 我沒吃到 ,但家人說菌苦。紅米腸 - 有特色,味道正常。味道而言還算可以。但地段不方便跟價錢不便宜試試就好。

要稱讚的是點心十分精緻,有不少點心在一般的心點店/茶樓是找不到的,
款色有特色但不代色多,這邊的款色真的偏少。
