To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

路過天后，見到呢間新的點心店。細看之下，發現係上環周記點心的分店，不過空間闊落得多，裝修精緻，感覺高檔一點。這份芝麻卷是雪凍了的，芝麻味香濃，典型中式點心的甜，份量比一般茶樓大。招牌的芝麻蝦多士依然係咁香脆，多士面上的芝麻很香，夾滿又厚又彈的蝦膠，推薦！👆🏼必叫燒賣不過不失，蝦肉足料彈牙，但黑松露和蟹籽都太少，賣相不錯，但完全吃不出任何味。好香好夠麻！淺鍋下面有點著蠟燭保溫，海鮮尚算豐富，下面墊有粉絲。擺盤好靚，炸得夠香脆，卡邦尼芝士味很濃。唯一缺點是飲品要逐杯叫，吃點心沒有無限refill的茶，硬係覺得差啲嘢。
