今次又嚟到位於尖沙咀嘅Amina Modern European,亦係我近期二訪嘅第二間餐廳,轉咗新menu,有一個6 course menu和兩個9 course menu坐低無耐侍應就先奉上一份Cheese cracker和Focaccia,全部homemade,搽上apricot butter會更好味🍴餐前小吃 - 用美國薯仔製成薄薄一片嘅薯片,中間兩層就夾咗鵪鶉肉,頂層就鋪上魚子和黑魚子,盡顯氣派🍴蒸龍蝦燒賣 / 鱘魚子醬 / 小龍蝦龍蒿泡沫 / 墨魚汁 - 用龍蝦肉做餡製成燒賣,比平時食嘅港式燒賣口感更彈牙,以小龍蝦龍蒿泡沫墊底,金箔鱘魚子醬鋪面,幾有特色嘅一道菜🍴切羅基蕃茄清湯 / 原種蕃茄忌廉濃湯 / 蕃茄燉蛋 - 用上切羅基蕃茄煮成清湯,好濃蕃茄味,但略嫌酸咗少少。再以原種蕃茄煮成嘅忌廉濃湯,撈埋蕃茄燉蛋嚟食,蕃茄味濃之餘口感亦嫩滑🍴烤鵪鶉 / 風乾蕃茄及茄子 / 泰國青檸橄欖油 - 烤後嘅鵪鶉肉除咗香氣撲鼻外,肉質亦鮮美,食而不膩。大廚以風乾蕃茄及茄子鋪面,增加口感🍴熱情果雪葩 / 紅石榴泡沫 - 味道甜中帶酸,清一清味蕾,為之後嘅主菜揭開序幕🍴蘋果木煙燻香煎尖吻鱸魚
