To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

圓方商場，到處都是美食，今次試下日本料理。今次來到千両，店坐位不多，店員帶我到吧枱坐下，看到有午市套餐，午餐有幾款選擇。價錢也合理。我挑選了，特選壽司拼盤配牛肉烏冬，套餐跟一杯飲品。美食來了，賣相也不錯，拍幾張照片先。先試試壽司，好食的，新鮮的，套餐內有7件壽司，每件壽司都是即做，刺身很有魚味的，壽司飯也軟硬適中，以這個價錢是合格的。炸物就一般了，吃上口有點油膩。牛肉烏冬也好吃，牛肉很嫩滑，有牛肉香味。前菜小食，就是蕃茄秋葵配沙律醬，味道0K。服務態度一般啦。整體用餐是合格，壽司做得比較好。午市套餐$198。有加一服務費，結帳就是$218。
