同友人行開西環果頭,見到間餐廳有張貼週刊同埋報章介紹,原來新開嘅餐廳,連招牌都未拆,初初都以為未開始營業。我地問返服務員話開左都未夠一個月,佢地等緊個吉日先開牌。友人俾佢果個豬雜吸引住,而我對佢地既紅棗糕就好有興趣。於是餐廳12點開鋪,我地就入去坐底左啦,餐廳地方唔大,可以坐14個人左右。餐廳廚房係算半開式,會比較大油煙,不過都可以接受。佢個餐牌寫話最出名係馳名醉雞有例牌,半隻,一隻,唔想食咁多就可以淨叫當小食。或者又可以試下花雕醉雞翼(3隻/$20, 5隻/$32)。不過佢地無套餐,都要另外加錢,加粉麵$10或者加撈麵$15,配埋飲品$6/特飲$7,我嗌左杯熱檸賓立。竹昇麵—傳統既竹昇麵要用一邊大腿坐在一條約兩米長的竹筒上,用腳來回不停壓麵團。每一水麵搞半個鐘左右打麵,是一種廣東的手藝,唔係周圍都有得食。我同友人就揀個左個蝦子麵,友人話差d醬油味比較淡。如果有埋薑蔥撈麵就仲正!配一碗湯,湯底清清地,無咩特別,麵都幾有咬口。紅棗糕(1份/$15,1底$60)6吋左右聽服務員介紹,佢地紅棗糕同出面好唔同,紅棗全部去皮、磨皮成茸再蒸,真係好考工夫同心機,廿聽落都覺得要整好內。紅棗糕整出黎個

紅棗糕

服務員介紹,佢地紅棗糕同出面好唔同,紅棗全部去皮、磨皮成茸再蒸,真係好考工夫同心機,廿聽落都覺得要整好內。紅棗糕整出黎個樣唔似一般酒樓果隻,聞落去甜糯芳香,食落去好煙韌,但又唔會黏牙,有黑糖既味道,值得推薦!
不過真係好細舊,要慢慢食,試清楚佢果種滋味,一舊真係唔夠食!紅棗糕對於女士補血一流,下次要買返底俾屋企人試下先!



如果撞岩,星期五、六、日我都想試下佢地話限量供應碗仔翅$20碗,睇返佢地推薦,內面係魚翅加雞湯雞脾絲加埋蛋花熬出黎,今日無緣,下次再黎!
