朋友係新蒲崗番工,約佢放工後食飯,近近地就去九龍城啦。晚餐我地食泰菜,食完之後我地搵甜品食,要發揮下我地個小宇宙。經過呢間甜品店,見個名好熟,因為以前好多地方都好似見過,見d野食相好似唔錯,入去試試啦。入到去先知原來唔係同一間來,糖佰府vs糖百府。 真係唔講唔知,原來糖佰府開左成十年架啦。下。。。。都好多年喔,但無食過。第一間係將軍澳,可能平時少去果頭,真係唔知呢。 而呢間就係第一間分店來,呢度d野食都好多款,我對糖佰府個印象只有雪花冰,但呢度除左台式甜品之外,仲有傳統港式甜品同新潮派甜品。食咩好呢?食咩好呢?太多款啦!好多都想試。"登燈瞪凳"最後我叫左個雜苺窩夫,雪糕任你配搭,我叫左vanila味雪糕。個窩夫來到,見個面有咁多料,真係好興奮呢!口感方面佢走軟心路線,面就微脆。朋友話唔鍾意呢個口感,我又ok窩,窩夫份量唔細,入面好軟熟得來有小小"彈性",感覺唔錯,好彩唔係實的的果種姐。 味道方面,蛋味飄香,整體唔太甜,牛牛糖漿完全無落,因為本身已經好多料好豐富。怕太甜,唔落糖漿會好d。 如果鍾意食比較脆口嘅窩夫,咁我唔建議你食呢間啦。d棉花糖可以再焗耐少少就好啦,可以做到起絲效果更佳。

而朋友就叫左法式萍果批,呢個真系令我地大感驚喜呢!
但唯一美中不足就係我地叫錯雪糕,雖然我地係綠茶控,但真係感覺同個萍果批唔太夹。

個師傅好厲害,萍果切到好薄身,食落多層次且軟身。原來蘋果係青萍果來,本身唔太鐘意食青萍果,但今次一試,完全改觀,點解可以完全無酸味架?
玉桂味同青萍果個味好match,食落清甜。
口感方面可以話超讚,
切果下已經feel到有幾脆,未切完已經想即刻放入口!
真係超脆啊個皮,而且够薄,感覺唔膩。明明食緊d好heavy嘅野,但竟然有種輕盈嘅感覺。 呢個皮牛油香味好濃郁,真係超水準之作。

整體感覺非常好,味道、服務同價錢都好理想。 超抵食,下次再來!
