不經不覺同honey一起已踏入第二個癢年期,為慶祝紀念日,兩口子就決定一試尖沙咀一間極之隱蔽o既日本料理小店「和処 酒肴」,甜蜜地溫馨一番。為怕要搵地方而遲到,兩口子早於傍晚五點半抵達佐敦地鐵站,行咗大約八分鐘其實已經過餐店門口,只係其灰黑o既門面不甚起眼,結果要兜咗幾次先留意到。新店面積唔係好大,正門旁間咗一間「清酒吧房」,不過因雪櫃未安裝妥當,現階段只能暫作候座區。直入即見可坐十人o既壽司吧,木造o既裝潢簡潔衛生,光猛乾爽。吧枱上立體式o既餐具的骰潔淨,當中最可愛必選清酒壺形o既筷子座。樓面由幽默溫婉o既靚女姐姐獨力招架,精通中、日、英語之餘,就連桌上擺放出o既摺紙小品都全出自其玉手親製,實在能幹。只做晚市o既「和処 酒肴」以「酒肴」起名,據悉此乃日藉老闆好飲愛食之故。細佬單睇白板上手繪o既日本清酒地圖,足以有大開眼界之感。身兼廚師及侍酒師兩職o既Kita-san態度專業,對食物質素十分講究,每晚只做一輪生意,日頭就忙碌做準備功夫。晚餐只供「波」($650/位)、「潮」($880/位)、「肴」($1,300/位)三款「おまかせ」(廚師發辦)選擇,價格越高即代表菜式份量更為豐盛。套餐
