帶子表面煎香,內層仍然保持住刺身嘅口感,菠菜嘅配搭本身唔錯,可惜後者鹽味太重,甚至蓋過埋松露醬嘅味道,顧此失彼~坦白講,對呢道血鴨有啲失望。雖然鴨味都算香濃,但肉質就比較韌身,唔夠細嫩,而且醬汁嘅味道同普通嘅炭燒汁差唔多,唔似傳統嘅鴨血汁~鱸魚煮到外皮香脆,而內層魚肉就仍然好軟滑多汁,醬汁係搵鱸魚嘅其他部分,例如魚頭同魚骨等等,煮成嘅精華,可以話係用盡哂成條魚,夠哂原汁原味,食落完全唔會腥,而且仲好鮮味~醉人嘅酒紅色原隻啤梨,唔只美觀精緻,味道亦都好特別。紅酒嘅精華滲入梨肉之中,當蒸發揮發之後,剩低嘅就係葡萄嘅香甜,同埋獨有嘅澀味,令到啤梨嘅甜味變得更加複雜同有層次~
