To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平日因為工作太忙冇時間好好地同偽太食餐好既，所以今晚同偽太去二人世界。由於工作地方係旺角，最多食市選擇都係旺角，所以我地就去左女人覓食。之後見到呢間西餐就入左去喇!裝修簡單，餐廳乾淨。由於肚餓，二話不說就叫左呢間餐廳既招牌菜酥皮鵝肝牛柳配黑椒汁。牛柳口感適中，唔會太硬或太軟， 依然能夠保持牛柳本身既味道，鎖住牛柳既肉汁，鵝肝唔會太油。牛柳同鵝肝中間夾住一塊蒜蓉包，同時蒜蓉包又唔會因為夾左係牛柳同鵝肝中間而變到林哂， 蒜蓉包依然包留到卜卜脆既口感。

由於肚餓，二話不說就叫左呢間餐廳既招牌菜
酥皮鵝肝牛柳配黑椒汁。
牛柳口感適中，唔會太硬或太軟，
依然能夠保持牛柳本身既味道，鎖住牛柳既肉汁，
鵝肝唔會太油。
牛柳同鵝肝中間夾住一塊蒜蓉包，
同時蒜蓉包又唔會因為夾左係牛柳同鵝肝中間而變到林哂， 蒜蓉包依然包留到卜卜脆既口感。
