冬天點少得打邊爐？打邊爐當然都要揀高質！老公鐘意Shabu Shabu今次我地就去咗銅鑼灣比較高級嘅牛陣HANARE。前菜已經好吸引，有我最愛嘅鮟鱇魚！仲有昆布鯖魚，馬刀貝沙律，鮟鱇魚乾豆腐！我哋叫左兩個lunch set , 鹿児島県産黒毛和牛套餐！Sukiyaki 湯底非常高質好正呀！黑毛和牛，碌幾下點我鍾意嘅蛋漿Sauce ，呢個蛋係蘭王蛋，非常新鮮有蛋味，入口即溶嘅感覺超鍾意超好味！佢仲會包埋前菜，野菜盛、飲品！野菜盛非常新鮮包括冬菇金菇蘿蔔娃娃菜油麥菜等！最尾將烏冬淥埋個湯底正呀！我哋仲叫左本日海鮮火鍋有油甘魚，生蠔，虎蝦，佢哋有幾款湯底選擇，我地就選擇左"極'黄金鰹魚湯底！魚湯真係好鮮甜！我都忍唔住飲下啲湯底！素菜非常新鮮！Sauce 有柚子醋，火鍋醬油同日式胡麻醬！可以加唔到配料，呢到特別慶祝最好！
