Mozzarella di Buffala Campana DOP, salsiccia, melanzane 🍕🧀
Not super crispy on the outside like other fried food, but quite similar to Lángos. Cheesy and creamy in the middle with meat. They also provide you with chilli flakes and oil to give it some extra flavour. The combo was simple but good.
