呢間餐廳主打明太子, 基本上樣樣野食都加左明太子,o係香港好少見, 本身Vi麻麻地呢d卵類既食物, 不過朋友就十分喜歡, 所以今日同朋友黎食一次, 估唔到又唔錯wo, 令Vi對明太子改觀餐廳裝修簡約, 以紅色為主, 應該係配合番明太子既顏色吧~枱面上放左一個日本小食作為筷子座, 幾有心思~食物種類都有好多, Vi今次就點左冬季限定既"大量明太子的鱈卵鍋", 三文魚刺身3種, 明太醬炸薯條, 同埋明太子上灌湯蛋卷~另外亦有多款酒類飲品, 不過Vi今次無飲到~呢個明太醬炸薯條以鐵板上好特別, 附有明太醬比我地倒入去, 好似食緊鋸扒咁好過引, 薯條因為有鐵板座住所以一路都好夠熱, 明太醬咸咸地, 夾埋d薯條幾好味, 無諗過薯條都可以加入明太子!不過明太醬唔夠多, 旁邊有d薯條會點唔到醬之後呢個明太子上灌湯蛋卷有好多枱都有叫, d明太子多到唧哂出黎本身都擔心味道會唔會好腥, 點知又無wo, 味道咸咸地帶d微辣, 同埋個蛋卷煮得剛好, 入口嫩滑富蛋香, 加埋沙律醬幾好食呢個明太鍋幾有驚喜, 真係成個鍋生上, 裡面有蝦, 雞肉同多種蔬菜, 湯底就係明太子湯, 平時O係其他餐廳成日都有不同既日本鍋物
