To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近忙住搞新屋既野，放假都無時間抖🫠就算幾忙都好都要對自己好啲，今次揀左尖沙咀一間西餐廳，餐廳環境好適合聚餐同約會💗🔸海膽多士用黎做餐前小食岩哂😍多士烘到黃金色，好香膽，海膽份量都好多，味道鮮甜，夾埋一齊食口感更豐富🔸油封法國鵪鶉脾及栗子鵪鶉脾焗到好乾身，望落細細隻，但食落啖啖肉😆食落好香煙燻味，但略嫌咸左少少，配埋個柚子醬甜甜地，中和左個鹹味🔸150日慢煮穀飼牛肉眼扒肉眼揀左5成熟🥩面頭既格紋煎得好靚，牛扒帶有少少肥膏，肉質軟腍唔會韌，配左個煎舞菇，牛扒無任何調味，可以因返個人喜好點鹽或者芥末🔸香草牛油烤龍蝦義大利麵龍蝦新鮮仲要有膏🦞肉質爽彈，值得加分既係蟹鉗位置係去左殼，意粉軟硬適中，配左蕃茄醬汁，酸酸甜甜好開胃
