To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Happy Friday !!約左同六個朋友聚舊,朋友話想食下大排檔風味喎,所以揀左交通方便,位處九龍的大中華!大中華係好有氣氛嘅餐廳,我會用「室內大排檔」黎形容。去用餐時有好多人都三五成群,大聲講大聲笑,我成到十點都在有人入座!諗起三四個月前仲停緊晚市,真係仿如隔世。活在當下,要好好珍惜有得見朋友,六七八個人一枱的日子!大中華啲野食係偏「邪惡」的,有不少油膩野食,我地點左炸子雞、豬手、炸大腸等的地道美食。坦白說味道不突出,價錢不是最經濟的,但氣氛無價,好似去返大學食宵嘅感覺😆約一班好耐冇見嘅朋友食飯high 爆,大中華係唔錯嘅選擇:)
