炎之丼即使食唔到生冷野,其實可enjoy到好東西嘅。蟹膏豆腐都係第一次食,感覺都幾柔軟,雖蟹味唔係太重。花錦魚生丼幾值得讚嘅丼。第一次見有櫻花蝦作拌飯中的「飯素」,可以講係幾創新,第一次見。但係係軟綿嘅飯之中有碎碎嘅口感真係幾得意,令人食完想食;就係雪糕中加入Oreo一樣咁正。除咗正常嘅角切魚生粒,仲有小蜆仔、玉子丁粒。Overall魚生丼用赤醋飯做飯底,感覺幾新鮮,丼果然係招牌菜。磯燒帆立貝炭燒味道都幾香濃,吾知係咪真係咪炭火燒。再包住紫菜係enrich咗個口感嘅。但紫菜就唔係最脆嘅。柔煮鮑魚柔煮就真係煮到幾soft,味道唔係太濃烈,上面就算加咗鮑魚嘅肝臟做嘅醬料,都仲係柔軟清甜果種Style.左口魚邊壽司火灸燒完就完全迫出魚本身嘅油脂,就算吾加豉油都夠哂rich.深海池魚刺身厚切都一個點,比起硬幣🪙嘅闊度更加厚。雖然佢唔係油脂取勝,而係新鮮清甜嘅路線。魴鮄魚純粹聽到個名就想試下。顏色色澤都幾似池魚,不過,配搭就係加埋酸辣嘅汁醬,感覺就有啲吾同。應該蛋白質就多啲,咬落硬少少。
