To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

自從上年品嚐過酒店的紅豆糕，已經留下深刻印象，而今年店方更推出「紅桑子蘭香子十勝紅豆糕」。紅豆糕的份量不多，正好給一家人一次過吃完。切開一片看看，深黝的紅色，共有三層不同的質感。底層是紅桑子味道，加入了魚膠粉，所以非常彈牙，又酸酸甜甜，很開胃。中層是十勝紅豆糕，帶來了粉嫩的口感，甜度輕盈，不錯。上層是蘭香子，咬落很QQ的感覺。整體而言，三層各有不同的表現，又不會貌合神離，相當開胃，作為飯後甜品都不錯。
