自己本身好鍾意食乳酪雪糕,記得仲讀緊書嗰陣學校附近有任食嘅乳酪雪糕店,成日放咗學就會去打躉,係青春呀!🥺但係而家好多乳酪雪糕店都執晒笠,想食都好難搵到,今日放工行過佐敦見到有間紅色磚牆嘅小店,仔細睇竟然係賣乳酪雪糕,咁梗係要試吓啦!▫️酥皮筒 Meringue Cone ($58) 4/5呢款會跟一個酥皮筒,仲可以揀2款配料 + 1款sauce,叫咗焦糖杏仁太妃糖+抹茶麻糬+梅酒sauce。本身諗住揀抹茶牛乳醬,但店員話原來佢哋有隱藏sauce!有3款酒類嘅醬🍾分別係桃酒、梅酒同蜜柑酒,酒鬼朋友即刻轉咗揀梅酒🤣我開頭擔心會唔夾,試完點知又唔會,酒味唔係好濃,但都食到陣陣梅子味,配埋乳酪雪糕又幾特別。酥皮筒酥脆得嚟又有牛油香,連埋yogurt一齊食唔會有油膩嘅感覺。太妃糖嘅焦糖味濃又唔會太甜,口感豐富,食到香脆嘅焦糖同杏仁,同時又食到太妃糖嘅柔軟,呢個我鍾意!而麻糬就大粒軟糯,不過就食唔到抹茶味,煙韌控叫原味就可以😬▫️滿足杯 Regular Cup ($56) 4/5呢個價錢連3個配料同1款醬汁,揀咗brownie + 原味麻糬 + 焦糖脆脆 + baileys朱古力醬。Brownie有兩

呢個價錢連3個配料同1款醬汁,揀咗brownie + 原味麻糬 + 焦糖脆脆 + baileys朱古力醬。Brownie有兩細舊,朱古力味濃🍫原味麻糬大大粒有口感,夠曬煙韌。焦糖脆脆細細舊食得好方便,脆卜卜唔黐牙。Baileys朱古力醬真係食到微微酒味,之前試過唔少baileys製品,好多都食/飲唔到酒味,呢個真係有驚喜!💖
乳酪雪糕質地好滑,酸酸甜甜好開胃。店舖唔大,但係裝修設計都有花心思,室內外都有唔少打卡位。不過夏日炎炎雪糕真係溶得好快,係我等店員整第二杯想兩杯一齊影相嗰陣第一杯已經溶咗好多,整到成手都係,大家打卡都要快手啲如果唔係就會好似我咁捩棄🥹
