今日收工同老婆去紅磡探表哥表嫂同佢地嘅新生BB, 因為表嫂仲食緊坐月餐, 表哥帶我地兩公婆去附近開餐先, 之後再上去同BB玩。😁表哥帶我地去崇志街呢間全港首間賣貝殼粉絲嘅鮮蒲開餐, 我地到餐廳時只係6點半, 客人未多, 不過7點之後就開始多人。餐廳裝修走田園風格, 雖然地方唔大, 不過感覺好舒適。😙餐牌設計簡單, 除左招牌貝殼粉絲之外, 另有多款小食同配料可以選擇。表哥經常幫襯, 佢話呢度嘅份量好大份, 所以我地只點左兩碗粉, 再加小食, 3個人share食。招牌錫紙貝殼粉絲 $52呢個招牌粉絲材料好豐富, 除左茶樹菇, 木耳, 生菜之外, 仲有好多沙白係入面, 加上另配的蟹棒, 3個人食都好夠食, 湯底因為用左好多沙白熬製, 所以海鮮味好濃郁, 加上微微麻辣湯料, 非常惹味。粉絲好彈牙, 條條分明, 吸入湯汁, 味道濃郁。👍招牌津市牛肉粉 $52另一碗粉我地揀左比較爽口碎身嘅河源米粉, 因為有好多牛腩, 所以湯底味道好濃厚, 另外加配嘅蒜香墨魚丸非常彈牙, 同牛肉粉味道好夾。😋招牌醉凍雞翼 $28醉雞翼酒香濃郁而且好入味, 而且預先切開兩邊, 食得好方便。👍餐廳全日免收加一, 埋單每
