早排睇《香港燒賣關注組》,見有人推介紅磡嗰間燒賣小店,已經好想一試,咁啱今日嚟開呢頭,當然唔可以錯過。餐廳門面非常搶眼,以橙色為主調,店內地方不大,以外賣為主,但亦有少量座位可供堂食。燒賣口味一共有 10 款,分炸同蒸兩大類,有魚肉、豬肉及牛肉;另外亦有腸粉、炸饅頭、碗仔翅同撈麵等供應。點咗 3 款燒賣,2 蒸 1 炸👇蒸:日式紫菜魚肉燒賣 ($24)  燒賣質感煙韌,食落魚味都幾濃郁,加上紫菜,風味獨特,配店舖嘅自家製辣油吃,倍添滋味!蒸:秘製豬肉燒賣 ($24)  燒賣蒸得啱啱好,入口爽滑有汁,餡料實在,很有彈性。秘製醬汁味道偏甜,質感滑溜,同燒賣好夾。炸:日式大阪魚肉燒賣 ($26)  日式大阪仿照章魚燒嘅做法,喺燒賣面層鋪上了紫菜同及木魚碎,燒賣炸到外脆內軟又唔乾身,配埋啲燒汁食,令味道更有層次。另外仲加點咗一客秘製腸粉 ($24)  腸粉滑嘟嘟,食落好有米香,撈埋啲甜醬同麻醬一齊食,口感一流!飲品:韓國菠蘿梳打 ($12)、日本粒粒橙汁 ($12)
