之前食過粉果佬,最出名係食燒賣。今次食紅磡雞蛋仔最出名都唔係食雞蛋仔,而係食班戟。呢到嘅班戟全部都係十零廿蚊一個,都真係幾平。 ————————————————🥞 蛋白肉鬆班戟, $12(2.5/5)班戟查上牛油同埋花生醬,再加上大量嘅肉鬆,就係咁簡單。班戟係本身整定嘅,食落微暖,口感軟身,有淡淡嘅甜味,再配合肉鬆同花生醬,又咸又香。不過班戟只係用左蛋白嚟整,少左蛋嘅香味,而肉鬆會令到成個班戟較乾,如果冇嘢飲食落會較吃力。————————————————
