To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 趁著新年,和同事出外用吃飯。看見這裡餐牌的食物不錯又不太貴,決定一試。12:30來到,差不多坐滿人,剛好有一個六人卡位執了枱,所以不用等位。我要的是紅薯粉(不辣)加龍蝦丸($22+$5):職員給錯了小辣,但算罷,照吃。小辣也頗辣,吃到唇舌皆有點麻。紅薯粉像瀨粉,爽滑。配料豐富,有酸菜、花生、肉碎,不俗。龍蝦丸三粒,味道不錯。另外三位同事要小鍋米線,分別加雞翼/金菇/大腸:同樣配料豐富,有酸菜、韮菜、芽菜、肉碎。她們說味道不錯。食物不錯,價錢不算貴,惟中午時間人多,故吃完便要匆匆離開。但環境和衛生OK。
