To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

下午茶時間黎食的。首先第一個感覺係呢個新開張既鋪頭裝修都好用心，有上下兩層。我坐既係下層，都算坐得舒服。但最最最緊要是員工真係好有禮貌，聽到有一位員工問第兩台客人：「點啊？D野食岩唔岩食呀？個味夠唔夠濃呀？」睇得出佢地好想改善得最好。又有問客人覺得冷氣會唔會太大。加分！！！紅豆大大粒，有成半杯咁多，超級足料同大家X，大快X既連鎖店無得比 。
