香港人鍾意食牛係人都知,我作為香港人一樣無牛不歡,但係出街食牛只會食西餐或打邊爐,事關唔知乜原因,中菜嘅牛肉總係有種醃到變質嘅感覺。西餐唔同,會唔使煮到十成熟,所以可保持肉嫩,只要個汁唔太差,就可以滿足都“牛食家”。近月返工返尖沙咀,不時都會去意粉廚房食晏,事關靜靜哋之餘,佢嘅牛肋排質素在水準之上,尤其係個汁,濃濃哋又唔膩,已經食過幾次,甚至變咗每週例牌。唯一無咁理想係配意粉會太飽,下次要問下可唔可以加面扣底先。
