當晚7點幾同幾個係公司附近HAPPY FRIDAY, 本想去平時食開個間日本野, 但發覺附近新開左間食川菜既, 諗住試下新野, 所以走過去睇下, 當時洗緊碗既老闆娘立刻出黎同我地吹下水. 原來我地食當日, 間鋪只係開左十日左右, 睇下睇下, 有D同事因為怕辣而有D縮沙, 經過老闆娘多番游說下, 我地終於都係博一博坐低左. 間鋪都幾新同乾淨(可能新開). 因為我地人多,張枱放係街外面, 好有大排檔FEEL.呢個幾GOOD. 但得一張枱, 氣氛無乜……坐低左, 一睇MENU(見附圖), 好似有被昆既感覺, 佢地樣樣野都俾出面貴D, 但一心見坐低左, 唔想再行, MENU 款式又唔多, 所以每樣叫一碟試下…..第一道菜上既係川式脆皮乳鴿 – 起初老闆娘攞上黎個時無俾淮鹽,仲以為佢俾漏, 但老闆娘串我地叫我地食下先, 唔夠先俾, 於是我地就試下佢有幾厲害, 一食落去, 乳鴿夠熱(呢個首要), 新鮮炸的唔似返熱, 而且無乜沒油”唧”出黎, GOOD JOB….. 佢D肉同骨都有味, 加上佢川式做法, 辣辣地,真係唔洗落淮鹽同士油都OK….可以連骨都搭以幾下,呢個食法幾好, 上枱個時仲會個隻乳鴿擺

個晚我地5個人去食左7百幾蚊, 每人百幾蚊, 加上老闆娘同廚師都幾好傾, 你飲酒, 老闆娘會提醒你:"揸車就唔好飲酒, 咪累人"串得黎好有人情味, 衰在佢地無野飲賣, 要自備......我會再去或中午叫外賣
