元朗原本喺我眼中係鳥不生蛋既地方, 但自從識左個住喺元朗既女友之後, 先至發覺原來元朗真係一個臥虎藏龍既地方.元朗大把野食就好多人都知, 但要搵好野食就未必個個都知啦, 千祈唔好同我講話大XB嗰啲叫做好野食, 係既可以唔駛睇落去.講番正題, 最近喺馬田路嗰邊開左間新既oyster bar, 老細之前喺港島某五星酒店餐廳做過, 而我亦都幫襯過佢地一次.知道佢開左新鋪, 就梗係拉埋女友同佢屋企人一齊去試下啦. 地點係有啲唔就腳既唔近西鐵, 但係就正因為咁, 所以嗰晚我地唔駛等位就有得食了.一坐低, 我地覺得冷氣有啲凍, 侍應就好貼心咁幫我地轉過張冇咁風口位既枱, 順便放低埋啲餐牌. 見到佢張oyster list, 終於明點解佢要改Oyster More呢個名啦, 個list真係你啽得出既蠔都有呀, 當我地花多眼亂唔知揀邊款蠔時, 侍應就推介左兩款俾我地試下, 一款係愛爾蘭貴族, 另一款係荷蘭珍珠, 都係比較清甜爽口有淡淡海水味既口味.最衰渣左車黎, 如果唔係實會配埋白酒黎食海鮮.....!!! 跟住就叫左個好似好出名既原個蒜蓉法包; 本人覺得唔錯係幾好食既, 因為我本身都好鐘意食蒜頭

佢係原個燒既, 然後就用牛油刀'了' 啲蒜泥出黎查落啲麵包食, 呢個食法係幾新鮮既, 蒜泥略嫌蓉得滯,
可能我比較喜歡有啲粒粒咬口既蒜蓉啦, 個法包就夠香脆又夠熱, 正...!!!

而鵪鶉肶亦都比較乾身, 可能煙燻既時間耐左, 不過整體而言都值得一試既.
