To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 🍝意式玉醬意粉配紐約扒 $62 呢個肉醬意粉用咗名為「新豬肉」嘅純植物肉碎炮製而成，食落嘅口感同味道都同免治豬肉好似。三色椒一啲青味都冇，但如果有更多蔬菜仲好。.🍔沙嗲玉片漢堡套餐 $58（配餐湯及沙律）沙茶醬味道香濃，仲有好多粗粒花生。但醬料份量太多，唔夠原汁原味，好彩有沙律中和下。.🥗沙律反而好驚喜，連平時好憎食沙律嘅我都讚好。新鮮嘅生菜配上脆麵包粒同埋少量用醋醃過嘅蔬菜，一啲都唔單調。.🥣南瓜濃湯口感同我喺屋企煮嘅純素湯好似，冇落奶好難做到creamy，但都算係好幼滑。簡單用少少香草同埋黑胡椒碎調味已經好足夠。.🍵百香果蜜 $12足料，但對我嚟講略甜。
