今日去左探搬左入馬鞍山既小H,去完佢間新屋後坐左陣後就去左佢屋企樓下附近搵食,就咁睇原來呢度都好多新的餐廳,但係就網上見評價呢間唔錯就食喇。點咗幾個我自己都沒食過嘅,當試新野了小H好鍾意食魚,所以就叫左個招牌菜--百秒黃花魚,魚新鮮口感鮮嫩,黃花魚做法加湯我覺得都好鮮,唔需要太多配料就只係用薑蔥,一D都唔腥就系甘食先食到魚嘅鮮魚的滑,100秒煮時間就系甘岩岩好~此外亦點左另一招牌菜--九轉小腸,勁入味,第二就係爽口有D淡淡酒味,小腸可以甘做都算系唔錯。之後就都係招牌菜--興化炒米粉,莆田特色興化米粉,條細如絲潔白如銀,質佳味美,瘦肉,香菇,蝦仁,幹貝再加鮮蝦。口感豐富,隻蝦夠大啖啖肉!我就點左蝦苗拌頭水紫菜,呢個冷盤係微酸中好有鮮味,而且仲好清爽,當中的紅尾蝦苗細嫩鮮美,尤是滋味~最後仲點埋呢個一品紫菜煎,賣相就真係麻麻地,但係食落好香口,完全無諗過紫菜都可以咁樣煎黎食,我自己就真係無食過,我覺得自己翻去可以試試,唔知可唔可以都好似呢度一樣煎得咁好味咁鮮呢

之後就都係招牌菜--興化炒米粉,莆田特色興化米粉,條細如絲潔白如銀,質佳味美,瘦肉,香菇,蝦仁,幹貝再加鮮蝦。口感豐富,隻蝦夠大啖啖肉!

我就點左蝦苗拌頭水紫菜,呢個冷盤係微酸中好有鮮味,而且仲好清爽,當中的紅尾蝦苗細嫩鮮美,尤是滋味~
