To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

不知什麼原因,屋企附近想找間素菜館都難,最近的蓬瀛仙館又難食,雲泉素菜只供應至下午,晚餐是想也不用想,加上飯局往往大魚大肉,偶爾都想吃齋。快到新年,都想替魚缸添點生氣,係花園街逛了一圈,買完之後都開始有點肚餓,又不想吃那千遍一律的下午茶餐,店內可以說是水靜鵝飛,推門入內,只見電視正在播放大師論道,也是見慣不怪。望望餐牌,一碟羅漢齋炒麵都要近$40,一點都不便宜,看來環保都是要代價的。其實份量並不多,置底麵條炸得香脆,但油份瀝得未清,碟底油份過多,羅漢齋各師各法,豆卜、雲耳、雪耳、芽菜、甘筍、筍片及大量紹菜,幸好玻璃芡夠薄,但真的太淡口,唯有取點豆板醬蘸點,馬馬夫夫又一餐。
