To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近主人與奴隸獸都是匆匆忙忙的食晚飯,所以難得當天時間寬裕,所以奴隸獸就提議主人,去食喜歡的火鍋。1. 三拼火鍋(HK$56):豚肉拼穀飼牛及蟹籽蝦滑,配北海道牛乳南瓜湯底。湯底因為加了南瓜,味道鮮甜。火鍋料共有兩大碗,其中一碗是生肉,有牛肉及豬肉,夠嫩夠滑,可惜牛肉卻欠了一份『牛』味。蟹籽蝦滑夠新鮮,口感爽滑彈牙,頗有蝦味。這個火鍋最令人讚賞的,是蔬菜的種類及份量夠多,有唐生菜、紹菜、白菜仔、蕃茄、紅蘿蔔、鮮冬菇、南瓜、蓮藕及粟米,很犀利吧!主人食得好開心。2. 鹵水五寶飯配即磨咖啡(HK$32):鹵水五寶的味道普普通通,奴隸獸覺得 OK 喇!
