當講起素菜,我第一樣諗到嘅係酸齋,仲有就係由芋頭、麵筋等烹調而成嘅素菜。而大部份素菜館都會將素菜做到唔似素菜,而係似葷嘅菜式。今次家全七福推出嘅素菜宴,我會形容為一個完全素菜宴,絕無以假亂真嘅感覺。前菜涼伴醋木耳,木耳爽口。木耳以陳醋腌製,開胃之選。手拍青瓜令青瓜變得更鬆化椒鹽豆腐粒,香脆內軟香煎琵琶燕伴菜遠,這個琵琶燕係用蛋白加燕窩,煎成一個燕窩形狀,絕對係手工菜。外表煎得微焦,入口係一陣蛋白嘅香味,就好似食緊一隻荷包蛋一樣。南瓜蓉官燕羮,香甜嘅南瓜味,再加上豐富嘅燕窩,養顏之選欖仁大良炒鮮奶,香滑嘅炒鮮奶,但絕不油膩。加上欖仁,食落更有口感野生珍菌素菜石榴包,個湯入口時有好濃嘅金華火腿嘅味道,但點解素菜會有金華火腿嘅?原來個金華火腿味係用蘿蔔葉、牛肝菌等材料熬出嚟嘅味道,絕無金華火腿成份。而石榴包內有竹笙、冬菇等材料,每款材料都切割得非常幼細。竹笙釀燕窩卷伴鴿蛋扒蘭度,第一次食鴿蛋,佢嘅蛋白就好啫喱一樣日本腐件扒鮮冬筍豆苗,一層一層疊成嘅腐件,非常鬆軟而富有豆香嘅味道生炒素糯米飯,所有配料都係切得非常幼細,而飯亦炒得乾身椰盅燉官燕 (椰汁 \ 杏汁),我會較喜歡杏汁嘅味道,所以這個
