Restaurant: Three Virtues Vegetarian Restaurant (JD Mall)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 昨晚同一位愛素食的朋友, 去了佐敦三德素食館吃晚飯, 餐廳座位闊落, 但燈光較暗, 因不是齋期,  客人不太多.  素食款式很多, 有小食點心, 小炒, 套餐.   價錢和普通粵菜差不多.  我們本想吃齋滷味,  只有拼盤份量也只得一種,  (沒有分大細碟),  感覺太多只有放棄.   結果點了 炸五柳仙班,   以為是班塊, 原來送上一條芋頭魚,  加一碟五柳酸甜汁,芋頭魚 厚厚的芋頭蓉及外面炸粉, 有點兒太油膩.  幸好配上味道酸酸甜甜的醬汁,  也很醒胃.   羅漢齋炒麵, 配上紅醋. 材料豐富, 有冬菇, 炸腐竹, 紅蘿蔔, 筍片, 雲耳, 鮮菇, 粟米仔, 菜心等. 煮得不會太稔, 食落頗有口感, 芡汁打得又夠薄, 炒麵炒得脆口,  沾些紅醋, 口感不錯.近排過年吃肥膩的粵菜和西餐頗多,  吃些素菜會比較健康, 對身體也好.   埋單時, 餐廳 送上 兩碗紅豆沙糖水, 少甜.    吃素菜比較經濟.
