To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

金鐥素食是一間多年的老店，由起初到現在味道依然保持良好！簡簡單單的一盒雜錦齋巳經能令我感到非常滿足！ 一盒內有七款齋，當中包括。甜酸齋。咖哩齋。蠔油齋。素叉燒。素扎肉。素雞粒。素腐皮卷。 真係好食到不得了，雖然舖面簡單沒有華麗裝修，但內在美比外在美緊要吧😝大家有機會經過都不妨去試試，就算揸車經過都可以偷雞停一停門口買返一盒細size試試，而家真係好難搵到呢啲懷舊味道了，小食多滋味！其實仲有小甜品，有芝麻卷，白糖糕，年糕，茶果....... 只記得咁多，下次去再影多啲！
