To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前與家人到天然齋是食私房齋宴,今天約朋友再來是散叫。賣相可愛,細細條的魚,外層鬆脆,芋頭綿而味濃,香口美味。個包好鬆軟,素叉燒賣相好似真叉燒,好香南乳味,外皮焗過,有點焦脆的口感,非常好味!份量大,猴頭菇食落有咬口,充滿菇味,醬汁味道較濃,加上木耳爽口,紅棗甜,這碟餸送飯一流。
