To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日想食得清淡啲，就嚟咗譚仔三哥試佢哋嘅全素套餐。碗米線嘅份量仲好大添，整體食材都可以。最值得一讚嘅係佢哋嘅素炸醬，做得天衣無縫，好開胃。希望貴公司日後可以推出更多素食選擇。我叫咗碗素清湯底嘅素米線，配埋酥炸醬。米線嘅份量好足，食得好飽。素菜嘅種類都幾多，有菇類、豆腐、蔬菜等等。湯底嘅味道適中，都算夠味。素炸醬係呢碗米線嘅靈魂，好開胃同香口，食落口好有口感。呢碗素米線都好食不過湯底偏淡。希望譚仔三哥日後可以推出更多素食選擇，畀更多人可以享受到素食嘅美味。
