農曆新年,日日都係團拜再團拜,食賀年糕點、糖果、瓜子,食到個人都肥晒😅所以農曆新年假期過後,返工嘅日子,唯有係lunch度食light d 😆少啲食肉,少啲食油膩野,食素都係一個唔錯嘅選擇,喺觀塘返工嘅我就發現咗「Vegetarian Kitchen by Dickson Yoga」呢度有幾樣食物都令到我好印象深刻:1。佢個沙律好大好大碟,色彩繽紛,見到都想食😋 唔知呢啲係咪就係七色蔬果嘅營養學呢2。佢個海南雞飯,咁當然係素嚟㗎啦,但立吓眼都覺得可以幾可亂真,好吸睛呀!3。最重要係佢個湯,因為我唔食紅肉(例如豬、牛、羊之類),所以好少機會喺出面餐廳度可以飲到老火湯,佢呢度有素嘅老火湯,正正合我心意👍🏽
