To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 家中成員是素食原固,所以陪他去一下,但現在我居然愛上了😋香菇素滷肉飯配鹽酥杏鮑菇~前菜還會任選兩款, 我選了麻醬菠菜和醋香雲耳;滷肉很香五香粉味,伴飯吃,分不出不是肉🤣鹽酥杏鮑菇炸得很香,有鹽香,數量也不少,好味;菠菜放得很美,一劵的,夾出一瓣瓣去吃;而雲耳是微辣的,很開胃~蒙地納斯葡萄薄餅~主要是瓜子仁,葡萄及芝士組成,批底中間煙韌而批邊脆,跟傳統的pizza不一格,還加了酒脂,令整個pizza不漏仲好正~粟米湯~粟米是用新鮮粟米做的,湯很清甜~芝麻燕麥奶~很香奶味芝麻香,很順滑~柑桔檸檬蜜~很濃郁,落重料,好正啊~

芝麻燕麥奶~很香奶味芝麻香,很順滑~

柑桔檸檬蜜~很濃郁,落重料,好正啊~
