To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

習慣逢初一十五都食素，呢間係其中一間常去既，喜歡佢既傳統齋鹵味之餘，又有其他新派菜式。今次除左食鹵味拼盤之外，仲點左通菜煲，見佢有個蜜汁叉燒(好似係)，就試下佢有幾叉燒！佢既拼盤當然冇得輸啦，甜酸、咖哩、齋燒鵝，堪稱鹵味三寶個菜幾香口，正正常常咁啦。至於個叉燒。。。咬落個口感腍腍地，其實唔係太似，不過不失啦。其實佢地有個葡汁焗雜菜都好正，好濃味，不過今次想試新野，所以冇點。佢有加一既，平日食可以用9折咭，初一十五就唔用得喇！

個菜幾香口，正正常常咁啦。至於個叉燒。。。咬落個口感腍腍地，其實唔係太似，不過不失啦。
