To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 啱啱去咗間店歇腳,我開始了一場真正嘅味蕾之旅🍴!啲椰菜花周打湯,簡直係滑得嚟又唔膩口,用豆奶同薯仔扮演咗傳統忌廉嘅角色,飲落去真係令人清新爽口。隔離嗰啲小餐包千祈唔好錯過,佢哋軟綿綿地𠵱合埋湯汁,嗱,一啖就會令你心都融咗!再講講啲主菜,種類多到我睇到都眼晕😵‍💫!「全日早餐」,呢個名已經好啱人心思思,但係入面啲茄汁豆同素蛋夾埋一齊食,咬落去那份實在感,真係好過癮。提提你哋,個「油炸鬼」其實係超香嘅脆漿豆腐,流心!跟住哋「香煎素扇貝紅菜頭意大利粉」就真係出晒咖!杏鮑菇偽裝成扇貝,煎得啱啱好,啖啖肉感,咀嚼間仲釋放出陣陣香氣,意大利粉由紅菜頭汁搞到成碟都係彩虹色🌈,食得咁開心!最後,杯花生醬朱古力cupcake,咬一口就四溢濃郁花生香,啖啖幸福感。喺呢間店,我飽咗肚同時都飽足咗靈魂。下次仲想再試過啲其他嘅美味,真心推介大家試吓喇👍!
