放假諗住黎食點心,點知晏左起身,急急腳黎到已經冇左好多點心。蒸點基本上都冇哂,主要得返啲炸野。一場黎到,雖然選擇少啲,都照食啦。啲炸野都開始有少少凍,不過都仲係咁脆。春卷平時都成日有得食,冇乜特別,反而個荔茸角就真係要試,好耐都冇食過喇!軟淋淋既芋蓉同脆卜卜既表層好夾,細細件又唔會太濟。炸雲吞大大件,蘸埋個甜酸汁食,其實同不時既炸雲吞冇乜大分別。咸水角個皮夠煙韌,啲料都好足,幾好味。四寶扎既餡普普通通,有啲素肉咁,突然好想食返尚齋有猴頭菇做餡既雞扎呀。喺幾樣食物之中,魚片腸粉係最有特色果樣。首先,就算係食緊肉果陣都未試過用魚片整既腸粉,其次就係都真係有少少魚片既口感同味道,一試無妨。同好多傳統中式齋鋪一樣,依度啲阿姐都會問要唔要食糖水,細細碗唔係非常美味,但都有啲人情味。
